- How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation directly through our online reservation system, by phone or by e-mail inquiry.
- I have certain special requirements for a building, floor, view, other?
All special requirements are noted in your reservation, but they cannot be guaranteed and are only fulfilled upon availability.
- I want to change / cancel my booking?
To change your booking is possible only after confirmation by us according to the availability of reservations made directly to the Marketing and Sales Department.
For all other reservations it is necessary to contact the relevant online platform or tour operator.
- When can I check -in / check- out ?
Check-in in our complexes is after 2 pm, check-out is until 12 pm (noon).
- I want to check-in earlier or check-out later than the defined time?
You need to contact us 1 day before your arrival date. For early check-in we do not require additional payment and will be confirmed if possible.
If you would like to check-out after 12 ( noon) a confirmation is required from us and we will inform you about the additional payment.
- What payment methods do you accept?
Your holiday can be paid by bank transfer, in cash or by credit / debit card (Visa; Mastercard).
- Do you provide baby cots?
Yes, we provide them free of charge for all our little guests. The baby cot needs to be required in advance prior your arrival.
- Are pets allowed?
For our complexes - Green Life Sozopol, Green Life Bansko and Green Life Pamporovo we allow pets up to 5 kg. and for an additional fee. You need to specify whether you will travel with your pet when you make your booking.
For Antares City Sozopol and Green Life Antares Sozopol pets are not allowed.
- Is smoking allowed in the complexes?
Smoking is prohibited in all the apartments and rooms as well as all enclosed spaces in our complexes.
- Is parking included in the rate?
Yes, the rate includes parking for the available parking spots.
