General conditions and policies for Green Life Resorts- hotels and resorts

1. Booking conditions:
1.1. You can make a reservation in one of the following ways:
- directly through the online reservation system;
- by e-mail or telephone to the contacts indicated for each complex
- Welcome to the place
1.2. After we receive and process your request if it is by email or phone, you will receive a booking confirmation at the email address you provided or by phone.
1.3. In order to confirm your reservation, a required guarantee deposit will be indicated, an amount may be specified, which you must pay in advance before check-in. We expect payment from you within 5 (three) working days after receiving the confirmation. The rest of the amount of your entire reservation is payable upon arrival.
1.4. An amount of 100 (one hundred)% of the amount of the reservation may be indicated as a required guarantee deposit for reservations concerning package and holiday offers. No later than 3 (three) working days after receiving the confirmation (unless otherwise agreed), the client must pay the specified deposit.
1.5. Your reservation is valid and is considered finally CONFIRMED after payment of the deposit.
1.6. In case of non-payment within the described period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
1.7. For reservations by phone "from today to tomorrow" or "at the last minute", where there is no possibility to prepay a deposit to keep the room at check-in until 16:00.
1.8. When a customer makes a reservation, it is considered that he has read these general terms and conditions and agrees with them. Reservations accepted by phone, e-mail or through our website are considered an emerging contractual relationship.
2. Payment options:
2.1. Online with debit / credit card for reservations made through the online reservation system

3. Prices for accommodation
3.1. The price of the nights is determined according to the current price list, published on the hotel's website.
3.2. Green Life Resorts has the right to set prices other than those announced in the price list for public holidays and for other periods that are explicitly specified.
4. Conditions for cancellations
4.1. Cancellation of a reservation made by you, you can do as follows:
- directly through our online reservation system;
- by email or by phone.
4.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 7 (seven) days before arrival, the client does not owe a penalty, except in the case of a reservation made on special holiday packages, which additionally describe the terms for reservations and cancellations.
4.3. In case of cancellation of the reservation after 7 (seven) days before arrival, the client owes a penalty of the value of the first night paid as a deposit, except in cases of booking special holiday packages, which further describe the terms of reservations and cancellations.
4.4 A reservation can only be considered canceled after written confirmation by Green Life.
4.5. Green Life Resorts reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond its control. In these cases:
- Offers the client accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.
- Refunds the deposit paid by the client and the term for this is specified individually.
5. Accommodation conditions
5.1. Check-in is from 14:00 until 24:00.
5.2. The accommodation is carried out after presenting personal documents proving the identity of the client. The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act.
5.3. Leaving the rooms is no later than 12:00 on the day of release.
5.4. If you wish to request a late release, you need to receive a confirmation from the complex and find out about the fee that will be applied.
5.5. The premises and common areas of the complex are non-smoking!
5.6. The guests of the complexes are obliged to keep the property of the hotel. In case of damages, compensation is due.
5.7. When using the services / common areas, relaxation area, restaurant, children's playground / guests and visitors of the hotel should not disturb the peace of other guests.
5.8. Clients using the services of Green Life Resorts should be of legal age under Bulgarian law / over 18 (eighteen) years of age /. Children are allowed only if they are accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives.
5.9. Clients are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the territory of the complexes.
