GENERAL TERMS
- The stated prices are in euros, including 9% VAT, and include overnight accommodation and BREAKFAST served as a buffet with a selection of healthy and high-quality foods and beverages. The prices apply to the entire unit, depending on the declared maximum occupancy. The price includes insurance, resort tax, parking FOR HOTEL GUESTS ONLY, internet access, use of four outdoor swimming pools with sun loungers and umbrellas within the complex, and a “Welcome” complimentary package – mineral water, coffee, and tea.
- Each reservation includes one beach umbrella and two sun loungers at Noir Beach for the period 13.06 – 31.08. For the periods 01.06 – 12.06 and 01.09 – 22.09, guests use Green Life Beach – Alemagos.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- After the free cancellation period has expired, the client is charged a penalty equal to the cost of the first night.
- For reservations confirmed with an early booking discount or other special offers – between 5 and 14 days before the check-in date, depending on the season.
- Reservations without any applied discount – between 2 and 5 days, depending on the season.
