GENERAL TERMS
The listed prices are in euros and include VAT at a rate of 9%. Prices are per night, per night with breakfast, or per night with breakfast and dinner, for the entire accommodation unit depending on the declared maximum occupancy.
The price includes tourist insurance; resort tax; parking; wireless internet in the reception, lobby bar, and restaurant areas; use of a relaxation area with sauna and steam bath; outdoor children’s playground; picnic area and use of barbecue facilities (for an additional fee).
Breakfast and dinner are served as a buffet when there are at least 20 guests in the hotel with the respective meal plan. For fewer guests, meals are served as a set menu.
Pets up to 5 kg are welcome for a daily fee of €8 / 15.65 BGN per day.
After the expiration of the free cancellation period, the client owes a penalty equal to the first night’s stay.
The advance payment made to guarantee the reservation is charged as a deposit. In case of cancellation, it is not refunded to the client’s account but can be used for future periods within one calendar year.
SUPPLEMENTS
Fourth adult in a one-bedroom apartment:
- €8 per night (15.65 BGN) with breakfast included;
- €16 per night (31.29 BGN) with dinner included;
- €24 per night (46.94 BGN) with breakfast and dinner included.
