GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The listed prices are in euros and include 9% VAT. Prices are per night with breakfast or breakfast and dinner, for the entire accommodation unit, based on the stated maximum occupancy. The price includes tourist insurance, parking, wireless internet, use of the wellness center (indoor swimming pool, aroma and Finnish sauna, steam bath, tepidarium, and relaxation area), children’s play area, use of a heated outdoor pool and sun loungers during the period from June 15 to September 15.
• Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style when there are a minimum of 20 guests in the hotel with the respective meal plan. With a smaller number of guests, meals are served according to a specially prepared menu.
• Pets up to 5 kg are welcome for a daily fee of €8 / BGN 15.65 per day.
• Children are considered all guests up to 11.99 years of age as of the check-in date.
• Prices do not include the resort fee. This fee is mandatory and payable at the reception upon check-in. Its amount is determined by local legislation and is €1.02 / BGN 2 per person per day.
• After the expiration of the free cancellation period, the guest is charged a penalty equal to the first night’s stay.
• The advance payment transferred to guarantee the reservation is treated as a deposit. In the event of cancellation, it is non-refundable, but may be used for future stays within one calendar year.
